    The world famous theoretical astrophyscist, Stephen Hawkings, will get his wish to go zero gravity on April 16th. A specially modified 727-200 will take off from Shuttle Landing Facility in Kennedy Space Center, Florida, carrying the genius astrophyscist, who is also an unfortunate victim of Muscular Dystrophy.

    The aircraft is set to perform maneuvers in space so as to create a zero-g gravity experience, and mimic the zero-g of moon, Mars etc. The flight is set to last 90 minutes.

    Stephen Hawkings discovered the relation for entropy for a black hole. He also discovered “Stephen’s radiation”. He was the brilliant person who combined General Relativity, Special Relativity and Quantam Mechanics to map a universe without singularities, and to provide in depth information on Black Holes.     Guess who the world’s oldest blogger is? Its a 107 year old grandma by the name Olive Riley! Living in Queensland, Australia, Olive Riley maintains her blog, which she calls a “blob”, named The Life of Riley.

    Olive Riley says that she has seen a lot in her 107 years of life. She’s feeding her blog with notable and memorable events which she remembers from her century+7 year old life. Among the stories she’s shared are memories of the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge (she was there), and stories of her time on a station near Muttaburra in the 1930s.

    Its so nice and sweet to see these good grandmas blogging It keeps us young folk inspired and eager to see more to it! Cheerios Olive! And please do keep blogging

    Anothr, the instant messaging robot which sends alerts with the latest from your favourite blogs and news sites, now works with Google Talk and Skype!

The only thing you have to do is to add the bot as a contact (for
Google Talk and other Jabber clients, the email address is
anothr@gmail.com). Then you’ll see a list of available commands, but
the most important thing is how to add the feeds: you can either type
the address of each site individually or type “opml” and then upload
your OPML (most feed readers offer the option to export your
subscriptions as an OPML file; if they don’t, there must be some hacks to make this possible).

The default interval for receiving updates is 10 minutes, but you can change it by typing “timer [number of minutes]“.

    In a great move today, Sony introduced a price drop in their mega handheld gamestation series, PlayStaionPortable. Being challenged by other players in the market, especially Nintendo and Microsoft, this move by Sony is expected to cause a *BIG* rise in their sales.

    From hardcore gamers, we learn that PSP was preferred over Microsoft’s PPC. Though PPC was previously cheaper (PSP is cheaper after Sony’s price cut), PSP held the majority share in handheld video games.

    The Sony PSP Core Pack will be available from today at a reduced rate of $169.99 (reduced from $199.99) making it *cheaper* than an iPod!!!
